Terms and conditions of use.


Note: This questionnaire excludes matters relating to due diligence and know your client documentation.
This questionnaire is not intended to be all – embracing and we recommend that this questionnaire is completed in a joint meeting between the prospective client and a member of staff of Seymour Trust Company Ltd.

Founder’s full name (including maiden name) and residential address* 

Name of the Foundation (which must end in the word ‘Foundation’ or the foreign language equivalent)* 

Is there a need to include details of the Founder in the Charter (which is a public document) or in the Regulations (which is a private document)?

Is there to be an initial endowment to the Foundation (which is required to be detailed in the Charter)

Are further endowments to be made subsequent to the incorporation of the Foundation?

Please detail the full names and addresses of the first Council Members of the Foundation.

Note: the Law requires that the Council will include a qualified member who is appropriately registered under the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998 to carry on trust company business. It is Seymour Trust Company Ltd’s normal policy to provide the sole member of the Council.
